U.S. v. Anderson (TSA Contract Kickbacks)

James Anderson, a former project manager for Unisys, pleaded guilty to accepting nearly $100,000 in kickbacks in connection with a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) contract for high-tech phone services. Anderson admitted that, from November 2008 to June 2011, he accepted kickbacks from a subcontractor, which charged the cost of the kickbacks to the government.
