Kelii, et al. v. VSE Corporation, et al. (April 2011 Hawaii Fireworks Explosion)

The family of Justin Kelii filed a negligence lawsuit against VSE Corporation related to the April 8, 2011 explosion at a Waipahu, Hawaii storage bunker that killed five men, including Kelii, who were disposing of illegal fireworks pursuant to a Treasury Department contract. The men were employees of VSE Corporation subcontractor Donaldson Enterprises, Inc.
