Belgian Retail Price Fixing

The Belgian Competition Authority (BCA) fined 18 companies, including GlaxoSmithKline, €174 million (US$195 million) for conspiring to increase prices for personal care products sold in Belgium between 2002 and 2007. Glaxo was fined €554,000 (US$619,857).
