Failure to Comply With UK Antitrust Regulator Information Request

The UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) fined Pfizer £10,000 (US$14,403) for failing to comply with a CMA information request relating to an investigation into the pricing of phenytoin sodium capsules. The CMA found that Pfizer’s failure to meet a February 2016 deadline to respond to CMA’s request was “flagrant” and “without reasonable excuse.”
