Intelligence Contract Labor Mischarging

The Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) found that a ManTech employee was not present at his assigned worksite for the full period for which he billed the government. The employee admitted he had falsely recorded his time since 2005. The ICIG determined that the employee submitted false time cards for approximately 220 hours between February and July 2012 at a total cost of approximately $27,500, and approximately 3,282.4 hours from January 2005 to February 2012 at a total cost of $410,300.
