Intelligence Contract Labor Mischarging

The Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) found that, from October 2011 to October 2012, a SAIC employee billed the government for approximately 510 hours during which she was not present at her worksite, resulting in a mischarge of $56,543. The employee admitted that the hours she entered on her timesheet did not match the hours she was present at work.
