Misuse of Government Property

The Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) found that a SAIC employee misused his government internet account for “personal and possibly illegal purposes.” The ICIG found that, between May 2010 and October 2012, the employee used his government computer and internet account for “graphic sexual chat” and “often engaged in as many as 20 exchanges per day seeking sex partners.” The ICIG was not able to quantify the amount of the mischarge.
