Kent v. Accenture (National Origin Discrimination)

Elton Kent, a citizen of India, filed a class action lawsuit alleging that Accenture discriminated against its Indian software engineers by providing them less pay and benefits than their American counterparts. In October 2016, Accenture settled the lawsuit by agreeing to pay up to $500,000 to a potential class of approximately 200 members.
