Al Shimari v. CACI (Abu Ghraib Prison Interrogation)

Suhail Najim Abdullah Al Shimari and three other Iraqis claim that contract interrogators working for CACI International at Abu Ghraib prison physically and mentally abused them when they were detained at the prison between 2004 and 2008. The lawsuit also alleges that CACI engaged in a cover-up by destroying documents, hiding prisoners during visits by international observers, and misleading officials about operations at the facility.
