U.S. ex rel. Cody v. ManTech International (False Claims, Retaliation)

Kevin and Muge Cody alleged that ManTech International overbilled the government on a contract to provide maintenance support for Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles in Iraq and Afghanistan, and retaliated against them when they reported the alleged overbilling. In November 2016, a jury ordered ManTech to pay the Codys $2.15 million in back pay and damages.
