Nunez v. BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair (Unpaid Wages)
BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair paid $2.9 million to nearly 2,000 employees to settle a lawsuit alleging the company caused employees to miss legally mandated meal breaks and failed to compensate them for time spent disembarking from ships, waiting in security lines, and returning tools.
