Britt v. Northrop Grumman (Asbestos Exposure)
A Florida jury found Northrop Grumman liable for the death of Dennis Britt, who claimed his malignant pleural mesothelioma was caused by asbestos exposure while working for Northrup Grumman between 1978 and 1985. The jury awarded Britt’s widow over $9 million in damages.
