Underpayment of Wages at Camp Parks, CA

The Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) found General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) violated the McNamara O’Hara Service Contract Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act at the U.S. Army installation at Camp Parks, California, between November 2011 and November 2012. WHD found GDIT failed to pay employees the proper hourly wage, overtime, and fringe benefits, and owed a total of $104,128 in back wages.
