Huff et al. v. CoreCivic (Illegal Wiretapping at Leavenworth Detention Center)

Ashley Huff and Gregory Rapp, former pre-trial detainees at the Leavenworth Detention Center, allege CoreCivic (formerly the Corrections Corporation of America), which manages the facility, and Securus Technologies, which provides telephone and video conferencing services at the facility, improperly recorded, stored and shared confidential attorney-client communications, in violation of Kansas, Missouri and federal wiretap laws.
