NSA Contract Labor Mischarge

CACI Technologies, LLC paid the United States $1.5 million to settle an allegation that, between January 2010 and June 2014, it breached its contract with the National Security Agency by billing NSA for work performed by CACI employees who did not meet all of the required qualifications.
