Rusis et al. v. IBM (Age Discrimination)

A class-action lawsuit was filed on behalf of three former IBM employees who claim the company discriminated against them based on their age when it fired them. The lawsuit alleges that IBM, through its layoff and hiring practices, violated the federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act and state labor laws.
