Huguely et al. v. General Motors (Racial Discrimination)

Several African-Americans who worked at General Motors’ GM Powertrain and Fabrications plant in Toledo, Ohio, allege a racially hostile work environment at the plant. The plaintiffs allege that they were “subject to vilification and racially hostile remarks and epithets” and that management failed to take prompt corrective action.
