Wallis v. Boeing (Wrongful Discharge)
Liam Wallis claims Boeing ignored safety concerns and violated internal safety checks at its Charleston, South Carolina manufacturing facility, and retaliated against him for reporting his concerns to management. Wallis claims Boeing used out-of-date engineering, employed uncertified technicians to perform maintenance and repairs, and violated internal policy and procedures in order to expedite the final approval of its aircraft.
