EEOC Disability Discrimination Lawsuit – Dallas District Office
L-3 Communications agreed to pay $75,000 and furnish other relief to settle a disability discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The EEOC charged that L-3 violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by forcing an employee, a qualified individual with a disability, to resign in lieu of termination after he came back from medical leave.
