Kelly v. Boeing (Disability Discrimination)
Michael Kelly worked as a milling machine operator at Boeing’s facility in Portland, Oregon. During the time Kelly worked for Boeing, he notified the company that he suffered from celiac disease and chronic gout. In 2017, Boeing terminated Kelly’s employment. Kelly alleges unlawful discrimination and retaliation in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and Oregon law.
