Falsely Representing Security Clearance on an EPA Contract

ManTech Advanced Systems International agreed to pay $750,000 to settle False Claims Act allegations that the company falsely represented that its principal manager of a contract for security services at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) had a top secret clearance.
