Alleged Race and Gender-Based Wage Discrimination
Dell Technologies voluntarily entered into an early resolution conciliation agreement with the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) to resolve indicators of race and gender-based wage discrimination. Without admitting any liability, Dell agreed to pay affected workers $7 million in lost wages, interest, and benefits.
