Casias v. Raytheon (Whistleblower Retaliation)

Bruce Casias worked for Raytheon on the U.S. Air Force’s GPS OCX satellite program. He claimed that he was demoted after raising concerns about being ordered by supervisors to falsely change the status of test procedures. In November 2019, a jury found in Casias’s favor and awarded him $1.04 million in damages. A judge subsequently knocked $43,000 off the damage award.
