U.S. v. Sun (Violation of Arms Export Laws)

Wei Sun, an electrical engineer at Raytheon Missile Systems, pleaded guilty to a federal arms export charge. He admitted that he took a work computer containing classified information about U.S. missile defense systems to China in December 2018, in violation of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
