Curry et al. v. Boeing (Contaminated Cabin Air)
Linda Curry and Allen Cheung allege they were exposed to hazardous fumes on a 767-300 Boeing commercial aircraft in January 2018. They claim that the cabin air in this particular aircraft model is “bled” off the airplane’s engines and becomes contaminated with heated jet engine oil and its toxic byproducts. The plaintiffs allege their exposure caused them to suffer a variety of short-term and long-term health effects, including nausea, fatigue and exhaustion, decreased motor skills, joint and muscle pain, tremors, dizziness, shortness of breath, headaches, and memory loss.
