Weiland v. Boeing (Contaminated Cabin Air)
Ronald Weiland alleges he was exposed to hazardous fumes on a B767 Boeing commercial aircraft in August 2016. He claims that the cabin air in this particular aircraft model is “bled” off the airplane’s engines and becomes contaminated with heated jet engine oil and its toxic byproducts. He alleges his exposure caused him to suffer personal injuries including decreased motor skills, tremors, problems sleeping and concentrating, memory loss, and cognitive defects.
