U.S. v. Kellum (Generic Drug Price Fixing, Bid Rigging)
Hector Armando Kellum, a former executive at Novartis’ Sandoz unit, pleaded guilty to participating in a scheme to fix prices for generic drugs. According to the government, from approximately March 2013 to June 2015, Kellum conspired to fix prices, rig bids, and allocate customers for products including clobetasol and nystatin triamcinolone cream.
