Hencely v. Fluor (Liability for Suicide Bombing)
U.S. Army Specialist Winston Hencely seeks to hold Fluor liable for his injuries from a November 2016 suicide bombing at Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan. Hencely alleges that Fluor’s negligent supervision of employee Ahmed Nayeb, who was a former member of the Taliban, led to the bombing. Fluor was providing services at the base under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) IV contract.
