Therapure Biopharma v. DynPort Vaccine Company (Breach of Contract)

Therapure Biopharma alleges that General Dynamics subsidiary DynPort Vaccine Company (DVC) owes it nearly $13.4 million on a subcontract to develop a nerve agent antidote for the U.S. military. Therapure alleges that it should be reimbursed for DVC’s failure to provide it with adequate paste for the antidote and not giving it advance notice of manufacturing delays, as well as costs associated with the delays and termination of their contract.
