New Mexico Antitrust Case
Microsoft settled a New Mexico class-action lawsuit alleging that it abused its Windows monopoly to overcharge consumer for its software. Microsoft made available to affected consumers vouchers worth up to $31.5 million for the purchase of any manufacturer’s software or computers.
