KST Data Inc. v. Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. (Breach of Contract)

A court ordered Northrop Grumman to pay KST Data Inc. $3.6 million in damages for breach of contract and breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing on a computer hardware purchasing agreement. The court found Northrop in breach for stopping its orders without notifying KST in writing and not paying for the equipment that KST had already purchased based on Northrop’s forecast.
