Violation of Anti-Kickback Act

“KBR has voluntarily disclosed a possible violation of the Anti-Kickback Act 18 USC §874 et. seq. by two of its employees. KBR has already reimbursed the Government for the estimated impact of $6.3 million, but has failed to provide data necessary for DCAA to verify the accuracy of that amount.”
