U.S. ex rel. Maxwell et al. v. Anham USA et al. (Afghanistan Food Supply Contract Fraud)

A lawsuit alleges that Anham fraudulently induced the U.S. government to enter into the Subsistence Prime Vendor (SPV) contract in Afghanistan by making false statements concerning the construction of a warehouse that would serve as the distribution point of food and water supplied to U.S. troops. The lawsuit also alleges Anham failed to report that they shipped materials through Iran, in violation of the Iranian Transactions and Sanctions Regulations (ITAR).
