Williams et al. v. Securitas Security Services USA (Wage and Hour Violation)

Current and former security guards who worked for Securitas Security Services USA in Pennsylvania alleged the company required them to work off-the-clock during new hire orientation, post-hire training, shift changes, and while maintaining their company-issued uniforms, in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. The lawsuit was settled for $240,000.
