Toxic Pollution from Orlando, FL Weapons Facility

A pair of lawsuits allege Lockheed Martin’s weapons manufacturing facility in Orlando, Florida, has polluted the air, soil, and groundwater in nearby neighborhoods since the 1950s with extremely hazardous toxins. The lawsuits accuse Lockheed of storing toxins in leaking storage tanks, collecting and transporting waste materials in leaking underground piping systems, and dumping thousands of tons of highly toxic waste sludges into trenches dug throughout the facility.
