Goldstine v. FedEx Freight (Disability Discrimination)

A federal jury awarded $6.85 million in damages in a disability discrimination suit brought by a driver in Washington state who claimed FedEx Freight decertified him from driving trucks because of a problem with his knee, in violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act and state law.
