RMS Engineering & Technology Hiring Discrimination
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) reached a conciliation deal with Lockheed Martin subsidiary RMS Engineering & Technology to resolve a hiring discrimination probe. RMS agreed to pay $700,000 to 616 Black, Hispanic and Asian job applicants who got passed over between January 2017 and June 2018.
