Kuwait Company for Process Plan Construction & Contracting v. Halliburton (Breach of Contract)
The Kuwait Company for Process Plan Construction & Contracting and the Morris Corporation accused Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown & Root of breaching an agreement to pay for food service operations provided near Tikrit, Iraq in 2003. In February 2005, the parties reached an undisclosed settlement and agreed to dismiss the case.
