Johnson et al. v. Boeing (Unpaid Overtime)

Boeing paid $2 million to settle a lawsuit filed by hundreds of employees in Washington state alleging the company owed them overtime wages. The plaintiffs included approximately 770 current and former employees who worked as facilities project administrators, facilities planners, and staff analysts since April 2016 who claimed Boeing wrongly classified them as exempt from overtime.
