Foreign Tax Double-Billing

Boeing reportedly agreed to repay the United States $10.7 million after an investigation found the company double-billed the military for taxes paid to foreign governments on overseas employees. The agreement, reached in September 2020 but not disclosed until the following April, reportedly covered overcharges that “affected hundreds of contracts across numerous Department of Defense entities.”
