Discriminatory Pay Disparities
Boeing paid a minimum of $4.5 million in back pay and salary adjustments to female and minority employees. This resolved claims of pay disparities raised by the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, in violation of Executive Order 11246, which forbids discrimination based on race or gender in federal contracting.
