Fisher Sand & Gravel (FSG) paid $150,000 to settle a lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) alleging that FSG violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by subjecting two female employees to egregious verbal sexual harassment by a supervisor, and then firing one of the employees after she repeatedly asked the supervisor to stop harassing her and complained to a job superintendent.
