Smithland, Kentucky Hydroelectric Plant OSHA Violations

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) cited Barnard Construction Company with several violations while performing work in 2016 at a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers hydroelectric plant in Smithland, Kentucky. Barnard was ordered to pay a $2,550 fine.
