Woods v. Triple Canopy et al. (Negligence)
Army Lieutenant Zachary Woods filed a negligence lawsuit claiming that “horseplay with a loaded firearm” in 2016 at Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan by a Triple Canopy employee caused him serious and permanent injuries. Woods seeks to hold Constellis liable for failing to provide its employees the necessary and proper training, instruction, and guidance concerning firearm use and safety.
