EEOC v. Boeing (Americans with Disabilities Act Discrimination)
Boeing settled a lawsuit with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for $89,000. The EEOC alleged employees and applicants were excluded by Boeing because they were perceived as being disabled or had a record of a disabling condition, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
