Sediment Pollution at Towson University
Whiting-Tuner Contracting Company paid the state of Maryland a $5,000 penalty for allegedly failing to monitor the dewatering activity from an excavation site at Towson University, resulting in a discharge of sediment into the storm drain and ultimately into Towson Run.
