Los Angeles Construction Site Injury

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) fined Whiting-Turner Contracting Company $7,750 for an incident at a construction site in Los Angeles in December 2012, when a grinding wheel violently broke apart and fractured a worker’s knee.
