Ohio Opioid Settlement
AmerisourceBergen, Cardinal Health, and McKesson paid the state of Ohio a total of $881 million to settle their alleged responsibility for the state’s opioid crisis. The companies also agreed to implement reforms to better track and control the distribution of opioids in Ohio.
