Hunter et al. v. Booz Allen Hamilton et al. (No-Hire Agreements)
CACI paid $200,000 to settle a lawsuit accusing it of agreeing with Booz Allen Hamilton and Mission Essential Personnel to not hire each other’s employees for intelligence contracting work at a U.S. military installation in England. Workers employed at the Joint Intelligence Operations Center Europe in Molesworth, England, alleged the companies had a “no-poach” arrangement to prevent the hiring of workers from one another. The workers alleged the agreement suppressed pay and prevented them from seeking better job opportunities, in violation of the Sherman Act.
