U.S. v. Patel (Antitrust Conspiracy)
Mahesh Patel, a former employee of Raytheon Technologies division Pratt & Whitney, is accused of participating in a years-long conspiracy with employees of other aerospace engineering companies to restrict the hiring and recruiting of engineers and other skilled workers among their respective companies. The government alleges Patel enforced this agreement while serving as an intermediary between the companies, in violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act.
